Cream Cheese & Peas
Ingredients:
canned peas - 2 cans
half of an onion - chopped
garlic clove - chopped
cream cheese - 2 oz.
beef broth - 1/2 cup
olive oil
Directions:
chop onion and garlic, cook in olive oil until brown. Then add drained canned peas and beef broth. heat until broth boils. Next add cream cheese, simmer and stir until cheese is evenly mixed and melted. Let it cool a for 10 minutes and serve...
